{Bronchitis}

Well, I guess it was a good idea that I went in today. I have Bronchitis, and she said she thinks she caught it before it was able to develop into pneumonia. Whew! I have a steroid and some antibiotics that I'm on. I am hoping that between the two it will finally get rid of this. Three weeks is a long time to be sick. The worst part is that I have absolutely no energy. This week, I went to bed before 9 pm more times than not. I am hoping that will change, because I am tired of being tired. And speaking of tired, check out this cute pic of Lilli I got earlier this week:

{Parent/Teacher conferences for mama}

This has been a LONG week. I had a meeting almost every day, and tonight I have conferences until 7:30. That puts me at home around 8 pm. Normally this would stink, but I've been fighting a cold for three weeks. I finally broke down and made an appointment to see the doctor tomorrow afternoon; I am taking a half sick day. We will see what she says. So I don't feel very well, but it's receiving pics like this that make me feel better :)

{old toys = lots of fun}

The kids had a great time at Grandma and Bumpah's this afternoon, and it was largely due to Grandma taking down some of the toys the kids haven't seen in quite awhile. Storing the toys for awhile makes them brand new to the kids when they see them again :) Look at Caden in this pic:
He was still playing with it when I got there to pick up the kids. It just reminds me that I need to go through their toys and store some so they don't have as many out at the same time.

Until later!

{Green Bay Children's Museum + Costco Trip}

We decided that we wanted to surprise the kids and take them to the Green Bay Children's Museum today after church. They were excited. I didn't take too many pics, because Ryan shot a lot of short video segments that he plans to turn into a short video. I will share that with you after he makes it. Here is what I do have:
Yes, I only have pics of Lilli. She hung out with me while Caden and Daddy went around. Plus, she played in the sand for over 30 minutes. She loved that.
After the museum we had lunch, and then we headed over to Costco to stock up on some items we like to get there.

I also worked on a scarf for Lilli in the car on the way there and back. She wanted one to match her new hat:

{Caden's artwork + Elsa hat}

Today was super special, because Caden's artwork was selected to be showcased at the Oshkosh Masonic Center as one of the pieces for a special Oshkosh Area School District display. There were only two kindergarteners from his school chosen, so this was a great honor. Here is the best pic we could get of him standing by it:
He isn't always into the pics the way his sister is most of the time :) The piece is called "Fall Reflections," and I told Caden that we are going to frame it when he can bring it home. I think he was proud. It was also nice that Aunt Lexie, Grandma, Bumpah, and Aunt Chris came out to see it. Our little star.

Well, here is the hat I made for Lilli. I started it last night and finished it this morning. Lilli LOVES it:
After I took this pic of her, I realized a lot of the pics I have taken of Lilli lately involve hair. Take a look:
