{the dreaded pneumonia...}

I headed back to the doctor today. Not good. My coughing caused me to tear the connective tissue on my left side. I also found out that I now have pneumonia :( My chances of being better in time for the Tough Mudder are slim to none... The doctor said completing this year is "not my reality." I'm pretty disappointed.  Not sure when I will be able to work out again. My side was spasming so badly tonight I couldn't help but cry. I didn't accomplish much.

 This was before the spasming started. I got to Ryan's office and the pain got really bad. I ended up not being able to drive.
