I know I haven't written about working out in a long time, but I have actually been pretty consistent with my workouts for awhile now. I have been doing many different classes while I have had Grammie here to watch the kiddos. I have decided that even if I only have 10 minutes to work out, that's better than nothing. I still really like having the T25 series. That is such a great workout when I am crunched for time.
Just thought I'd give you a little update. All is well in the workout world. The other day Caden asked me if I had already worked out that morning. I said yes, and then he replied, "Shocking..." That's what I want to hear :) If it's a normal part of my life, it will be a normal part of their lives.
