Mulberry Lane Farm

Yesterday was a very fun day. We went to Mulberry Lane Farm in Sherwood, WI with the kids. It was similar to Little Farmer but on a smaller scale. I had never heard of the farm, but thanks to Groupon found out about it. I bought tickets to the farm at the end of last school year. Since the tickets will expire next weekend, we knew we needed to go. I am so happy I bought those tickets. We had a GREAT time. The farm was nowhere near as crowded as the Little Farmer. We received a 1 hour tour of the farm. The best part was that the kids could touch all of the animals. Yes, they had hand washing stations all over:) Here are some of the highlights:

Caden and Dadda watching some piglets.

Hayride time!!!

Would have been a perfect picture if Lilli's eye would have been open :)

 Checking out a chicken

 Pretty girl

I love all of the green!

 Feeding the sheep

 Checking out some pigs

 One little goat with Caden

 Feeding goats

 Riding a pony!

 The pony's name was Princess

 Caden successfully milks a cow!

 Goofy boy :)

 Loves his little sister

The stump kinda looked like a heart

 Playing in the grass

Lilli was pretty excited!

He loves sticking his head in these things.

 Picnic time!

 Hungry boy

Caden the photographer took this pic. Look in my sunglasses and you can see him :) Love it!

We ended our trip there with a picnic lunch that Dada packed for us. Pretty much everyone was a happy camper... farmer.

We promised Caden we would take him back one more time this fall. His favorite part was milking the cow.

Have a great week!

Thank you Ames Family for sharing your day at Mulberry Lane Farm on your blog. The kiddos, along with Mom & Dad look like they had a delightful time.

We look forward to seeing you again this fall. Pumpkin Patch opens Sept 23rd. All guest visit the Pumpkin Patch to pick their own FREE pumpkin. But be sure to allow time in the patch...it's liking being lost in a candy store. One pumpkin looks better than the next, and then the next, and the next....
